Australian Monitor acquired by Amber Technology Ltd

Australian Monitor is pleased to announce Hills Limited has reached agreement with Amber Technology Limited, a subsidiary of Ambertech Limited, for the sale of its AV distribution business which includes Australian Monitor. As part of the agreement with Amber Technology, a specialist provider of AV products and services, Australian Monitor will transfer to Amber Technology, ensuring continuity for customers and vendors.
